EthoSolar and TecnoSun Solar Canada today announced a partnership with Germany’s TecnoSun Solar Systems, which manufacturers solar tracking systems for commercial and industrial applications.
EthoSolar says the partnership will bring manufacturing to Ontario to build products for the entire Canadian market. While TecnoSun Solar Canada will be responsible for manufacturing and wholesale for ground-mounted application, EthoSolar will manage commercial rooftop installations.
TecnoSun Solar Canada is currently vetting locations for an Ontario manufacturing plant and expects to be in production by the autumn of 2012.
