Talesun Solar USA, Ltd., the US subsidiary of Zhongli Talesun Solar, a producer of solar modules and systems, launches its ACPV module products at Intersolar North America 2012 on 10-12 July at the Moscone Centre (booth 7141) in San Francisco, California, US.
Talesun partners with SolarBridge Technologies, a developer of module-integrated micro-inverters for the solar industry, to deliver the Talesun ACPV module. By integrating SolarBridge's micro-inverter with the photovoltaic (PV) module, Talesun's ACPV module will provide additional opportunities in the residential and small-to-medium-size commercial markets by significantly reducing installation time and labour. It is expected that the ACPV module will help market geographies that have high labour rates with much lower system costs and, subsequently, much higher market demand for solar.
Talesun ACPV module is designed and tested to meet Underwriters Laboratories (UL) 1703 and UL1741 requirements and is backed by a 25-year power warranty. Initially targeting the North American residential market, Talesun is now accepting orders for the ACPV modules and shipments are expected to begin in August 2012.
