Premier Holding Corp. and WePower Ecolutions Inc. announced today the signing of a Letter of Intent (LOI) with Skybridge Solar, LLC to acquire an equity position between 30% and 45% in Skybridge.
Skybridge is a utility-scale, solar power-plant developer located in Southern California, US. Skybridge is currently developing four early-stage projects in three states with a total potential capacity of approximately 400 megawatts (MW). Potential revenues for the projects are more than $1 billion (USD) in three years.
