Renusol America, manufacturer of the Renusol CS60, a one unit per one panel non-penetrating, ballasted mounting system, announced the Renusol CS60 10º mounting system for all types of flat roof commercial system installations at Intersolar North America 2012.
Installers now have a choice between the original 15º Renusol CS60 or, for more module density, the Renusol CS60 10º mounting system, which allows for closer placement of panel rows with minimal shadowing.
Both CS60 designs have fewer components and reduce the cost of components needed for assembly and labor costs, the company says. The non-conductive material eliminates the need for the customer to ground any mounting system components. The Renusol CS60 is 100% made in America.
New features on the CS60 10º tilt include:
- East/West Connection with two settings, further apart to accommodate longer modules or closer together for smaller modules without losing density.
- A higher front lip on the South side offers easy accessibility for front module installation.
- Proprietary “Z” notch for easy wire management throughout the system.
