Ascent Solar, a developer of flexible thin-film solar modules, announced today that Samsonite selected its light-weight CIGS modules to be integrated into its new line of solar consumer products.
The two companies have been working together on developing carrying cases with integrated solar panels that provide power for charging laptops, cell phones, and other portable devices.
