Sulfurcell, maker of sulfur-based copper-indium-gallium-selenide (CIGS)/selenium-based CIGSe thin-film solar modules, today announced that TÜV Rheinland, which certifies product safety and quality, confirmed the 12.6% efficiency of Sulfurcell's 94 watt (W) thin-film photovoltaic (PV) modules.
