SPI 2012: Schneider Electric selected for 72MW Puerto Rico projects

Schneider Electric has been selected by Sonnedix, a global solar independent power producer, and Yarotek, a developer of utility-scale renewable energy projects in the Americas, to supply 95 Conext Core XC 630 inverters for two solar power plants totaling 72 MW DC (60 MW AC) in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, US.

Schneider Electric has introduced its latest residential, commercial and industrial power solutions at Solar Power International 2012 (booth 1809).
The company is featuring its new Conext SW, a pure sine wave inverter/charger system with switchable 50/60 Hz global functionality available for both 120/240 VAC or 230 VAC models. The Conext SW inverter/charger offers an off-grid solar and backup power solutions for residential and community electrification applications.
